On June 19, the 4th Huiyuan young scholars' summit on international issues - "International Order under the Impact of the Epidemic: Changes, Challenges and Responses", hosted by the University of International Business and Economics, undertaken by its School of International Relations, was held in Beijing. More than 20 middle-aged and young experts from domestic well-known universities and research institutes such as Tongji University, Renmin University of China, Jilin University, Lanzhou University and so on, attended the meeting and discussions.
To further explore the impact of COVID-19 on the world's political economy and clarify China's strategic positioning in the post epidemic era, the seminar is organized around four units. Professor Zeng Xianghong of our school was invited to attend the meeting and made a speech entitled “From Asia Pacific to India Pacific: America’s shifting Asia Pacific Strategy from a Perspective of Critical Geopolitics”.
It is reported that about 40 experts and scholars from colleges, universities and research institutions all over the country attended the meeting and spoke at the discussion on relevant topics. The meeting also available to online audience.
