On October 20 in Room A103 of Tianshan Hall, the Student Union of our school organized a press writing training and a study on thebylaws of the Student Union. Han Yaning, the executive chairman of our student union, hosted it. All members of our student union attended.

During the sharing, Ms.Han emphasized that press should be written with necessary elements and in a standardized format, and stressed requirements for a press. At the same time, Ms.Han also reminded the courtesy of the Student Union members and their daily work, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a friendly attitude in the process of communication with others.

In order to comprehend the rules of Student Union, Ms.Han firstly emphasized the nature and responsibilities of it and the purpose of "serving students". Secondly, Ms.Han also introduced the structure and operation of it. Finally, Ms.Han presented the criteria for being a member of the Student Union, which are abide by their duties, take the lead in study and fulfill the purpose of serving students. If there are any cases such as not meeting the academic requirements, failing the assessment, violating the law, or not being able to obey their duties, they should be dismissed or removed.

This activity helped members from all departments of the Student Union had a better understanding of press writing. In addition to developing news writing skills, they also enhanced their awareness of avoiding common press writing mistakes. All members of the Student Union should keep the rules in mind, and work together for a improved Student Union and the development of our school.
